Set within its own grounds, Ash Farm is located in an unspoilt and often undiscovered area of Lincolnshire. Built in the 18th century and constructed of local Lincolnshire stone, each barn has been beautifully converted with a great deal of care and attention to preserving their original features and charm. We have six self catering cottages available.

The Granary Barn (sleeps 6)

The Granary is a detached barn with its own enclosed gardens, patio area and BBQ. There is a spacious kitchen/dining room with ample space to seat six.

The Loft (sleeps 4)

This tastefully converted upper floor barn is accessed by the original exterior stone steps leading to the entrance door. Careful conversion of this barn has ensured the quirky character of the building has been preserved.

[mobility access] The Old Dairy Cottage (sleeps 4)

This beautiful ground floor barn has been designed for guests with limited mobility and is our most accessible apartment. Its spacious rooms and wide doors allow easy access for wheelchairs.

The Hay Barn (sleeps 2+2)

The Hay Barn is popular for its double aspect outlook, enjoying panoramic views to the North of the farm meadows and woodlands, as well as East, overlooking a tranquil rural valley and the gentle rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

The Saddles (sleeps 2+2)

With stunning view of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this barn is a breath taking location for guests to enjoy their stay. All on the ground floor the Saddles has a fully equipped dining/kitchen area and a large sitting room with a log burning stove.

The Bridles (sleeps 2+1)

All on the ground floor the bridles has a fully equipped and open plan kitchen/dining area and a sitting room which boasts exposed beams and a log burning stove.
