The Hay Barn (sleeps 2+2)

The Hay Barn is popular for its double aspect outlook, enjoying panoramic views to the North of the farm meadows and woodlands, as well as East, overlooking a tranquil rural valley and the gentle rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is a perfect base, away from the hustle and bustle to explore the Lincolnshire hills and walk the Viking Way.

A stunning barn conversion with restored exposed beams, solid oak floors and high ceilings, spacious rooms and a wood burning stove to add to the barns character.

The Hay Barn has an open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge /freezer and dishwasher. The sitting area has a wide screen TV with Freeview and DVD/CD player.

Stairs lead to a galleried mezzanine double bedroom with a double bed (en-suite with a walk in shower, basin and toilet).

There is a double sofa bed and a second shower room on the ground floor.
