The Saddles (sleeps 2+2)

This charming, spacious holiday cottage dates back to the 18th century and was once part of the farm's tack room.

Renovated to a high standard whilst retaining much of the original character, the saddles has a stunning view of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a breath taking location for guests to enjoy.

All on the ground floor, the dining/kitchen area is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The large sitting room has a log burning stove (initial fuel included) a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD/CD and a double sofa bed. The splendid sitting room has French doors which lead to landscaped grounds with seating.

There is one luxurious bedroom with twin beds, the room has been furnished with style and great attention to comfort.

The spacious bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin and toilet.

NB: The Saddles Barn and the Bridles Barn has been designed with an interconnecting door and can be booked together to provide more space, more bedrooms and greater flexibility.
