Our latest and newly converted spacious barn and annexe will provide accommodation for up to 15 guests and is situated at Springbank Farm, North Willingham. The farm is within easy reach of the historic city of Lincoln, abounding with Roman archaeology, cultural sites of interest, museums, shops and specialist markets. The popular Lincolnshire coast our, best natural asset with miles of golden beaches is a short drive away. Another short drive will take you to the Lincolnshire Fens, an enchanting water-land centred around the ancient town of Boston, famous for its stump tower and also the flower capital of England, Spalding. Magnificent stately homes in Lincolnshire include Grimsthorpe Castle, Burghley House, The National Trusts properties Belton and Gunby Hall. The Wolds are the highlands of Lincolnshire and are perfect for walking,riding and spotting wildlife.
This stunning luxurious and spacious self-catering holiday home has been created from redundant stone farm buildings in the farm yard at Springbank Farm. The Waggoner’s Barn incorporates a comfortable, contemporary and stylish single storey stables annexe which can be booked for smaller groups in low season and late availability. High quality furnishings and fittings throughout complement the retained originals features.
Surrounded by the magnificent hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the barn provides an excellent base for exploring, the many extensive footpaths and enjoying the fantastic views across the countryside The National Cycle route is just 2 miles away.
The Waggoner’s Barn can be booked together with our Ash Farm Barns holiday complex to provide accommodation for group bookings of family and friends for up 38 guests.
Accommodation
Waggoner’s Barn (5 bedrooms, 3 en-suite + 1 family bathroom)
The ground floor consists of:
Large high beamed entrance hall. Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with beams and wooden floors. There are 2 integrated electric ovens, American Fridge Freeze, Dishwasher, Microwave, large TV /DVD player and large a dining table to seat 16 people. French doors lead onto a south facing terrace and courtyard with a hot tub, barbeque and garden furniture.
- 1 en-suite (bath, level entry shower and WC) family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
- 1 super king size bedroom with en-suite shower room (level entry shower and W.C)
- First floor:
- 1 king-size bedroom with en- suite shower room (walk in shower and W.C)
- 2 Super king size bedrooms with a zip and link beds that can be separated to create 2 twin bedrooms.
- 1 family bathroom with bath, walk in shower and W.C)
- There is a games room in the court yard with a large TV, toy and board games, full size snooker table and air hockey.
- The laundry room, which is also situated in the courtyard has 2 washing machines and a dryer
The Stables Annexe:
Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with beams and wooden floors. Double integrated electric oven, dish washer and microwave and fridge freezer. There is wood burning stove in the sitting area and a large TV/DVD player. Double french doors lead to a patio area and there is also door into the courtyard.

- 1 super king size bedroom with a zip and link bed which can be separated to create a twin room. There is space for additional beds if required .A door leading to the patio area.
