Set within its own grounds, Ash Farm is located in an unspoilt and often undiscovered area of Lincolnshire. Built in the 18th century and constructed of local Lincolnshire stone, each barn has been beautifully converted with a great deal of care and attention to preserving their original features and charm.

Due to Covid-19 we are following safer stay principles: • Protection for cleaners: Appropriate PPE equipment and training for cleaning staff to enable them to work safely and to appropriate guidelines. • Cleaned and sanitised: Using anti-viral disinfectant for all surfaces and high touch areas. • Increased cleaning time: Allowing extra time for additional cleaning during changeover. • Removal of non-essential items: Temporarily remove items which are more difficult to keep clean and hygienic. • Managing and reporting cases: Government guidelines followed to report and manage any potential or confirmed infection cases. • Safer check-in
Granary Barn (Sleeps 7)
The Granary is a detached barn with its own enclosed gardens, patio area and BBQ. There is a spacious kitchen/dining room with ample space to seat six.
The Loft (Sleeps 4)
The Loft Barn has an open plan living/dining/kitchen that is five steps up from the entrance hall. Spacious, whilst retaining a wealth of original features including timber beams it is furnished to a high standard and extremely comfortable. In the sitting area there is wide screen TV with Freeview and DVD/CD player. An electric wood burner effect fire creates a cosy feel in this beautiful cottage.
The Old Dairy Cottage (Sleeps 4)
The Old Dairy Cottage has two en-suite bedrooms. One double bedroom (en-suite with a walk in shower, basin and toilet) One twin bedroom (en-suite with a separate bath, basin, toilet and level entry floor shower suitable for guests with limited mobility) Stunning views up a grassy valley make this barn a unique holiday experience for guests wishing to relax and unwind.
The Hay Barn (Sleeps 2)
The Hay Barn is popular for its double aspect outlook, enjoying panoramic views to the North of the farm meadows and woodlands, as well as East, overlooking a tranquil rural valley and the gentle rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is a perfect base, away from the hustle and bustle to explore the Lincolnshire hills and walk the Viking Way.
Saddles & Bridles (Sleeps 4)
The Saddles and Bridles offer flexible accommodation and is ideal for families and friends who may like some privacy whilst also being close together. There is an interconnecting wall that allows the barns to be separated into two self-contained units each with their own kitchen, dining and seating areas.
The Waggoner’s Barn (Sleeps 14+2)
Waggoner’s Barn and Stables Annexe (sleeps 14+2) Our latest and newly converted spacious barn and annexe will provide accommodation for 14+2 guests and is situated at Springbank Farm, North Willingham. The farm is within easy reach of the historic city of Lincoln, abounding with Roman archaeology, cultural sites of interest, museums, shops and specialist markets.
